Feeling welcomed in such a luxurious setting is remarkable, even if the room wasn't ready when expected. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, but some dining options seemed booked up too quickly. Overall, an enjoyable experience that's hard to beat for quality and comfort.

Couple's retreat worth every penny
The staff went above and beyond during our stay like when they surprised us with a bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary. Also the views from our club room, overlooking the bay, were nothing short of amazing.
It wasn't exactly cheap but every bit was worth it.

I stayed in the City View Twin Room for two nights. The room was decent but didn’t have that standout luxury feel I expected. It was clean and had nice touches, but the comfort level was just okay. The view was a bit underwhelming compared to what I’ve seen in other Mandarins. Perhaps it’s just the vibe of HK, but I wanted more warmth and coziness in the space.

The staff provided exceptional service throughout my stay. The intricate details in the decor created a luxurious ambiance. The location was superb, offering easy access to popular attractions. During my visit, I appreciated the magnificent harbor view from my room and the elegance of the interiors, which added to a memorable experience.
I was surprised to see a significant amount of litter in the area outside the hotel.

The staff was attentive and genuinely wanted to make our stay special. However, the lighting controls in the room were quite complicated, which was a bit frustrating.
